We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Coach to join our team at New Start, a family-run organization providing homeless provision in Southport.
The role involves working a shift-based schedule, with a 3 on 3 off rota, covering 40.25 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar role or environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
