About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floor Member to join our team at Hush Holborn. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth flow of service and ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running efficiently.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and close-down of the restaurant.
