Job Title: Floor Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Team Member to join our team at Seven Dials Market in London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our traders and venue, including their offerings and unique selling points.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the venue, including clearing and resetting tables, delivering equipment, and maintaining recycling procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the management and supervisor teams to maintain operational standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with setting up and closing the venue, including the outside area, and participate in deep cleaning activities.
  • Report any safety issues or concerns to the management team and assist in resolving them.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume, busy environment.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to problem-solve and think laterally.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and facilitating great guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
