We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at Vistry Bristol.   • Deliver exceptional customer service with understanding and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to foster strong working relationships.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management.
  • Issue instructions to subcontractors and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
  • Monitor outstanding remedial works and take necessary actions to complete them within a 28-day timeframe.
  • Keep our database system updated consistently.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the office manager to align our KPIs with company standards.
  • Learn and comply with company Health and Safety protocols.
