Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Reporting Solutions
    • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to identify and develop new reports that meet business needs.
    • Analyze reports for improvements and implement changes to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Support Governance and Decision-Making
    • Provide data analysis support and guidance to Governance Managers to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Deliver Financial Analysis and Insights
    • Develop and implement meaningful reporting of financial and statistical data to inform business decisions.
    • Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis, key performance metrics, and financial reports.
  • Support Business Improvement Initiatives
    • Provide statistical data analysis support and guidance to our Lean Six Sigma business improvement program.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy and Quality
    • Check the accuracy of reporting produced to ensure valid business decisions can be made based on it.

Requirements

  • High-Quality Numerical Degree and Strong Mathematical Capability
  • Proven MI Analytical Experience
  • Experience with Claims Management Systems and Data
  • Creative and Inquisitive Approach
  • Good Commercial Awareness of the Insurance Industry
  • Able to Combine and Condense Data into Meaningful Insights
  • Effective Communications, Influencing, and Relationship Building Skills
  • Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Able to Share Technical Information with a Non-Technical Audience
  • Demonstrate Track Record of Analysis and Process Improvement
