We are seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join our team at Launch Resources Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate analysis of financial and statistical data, delivering insights, recommendations, and decision support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Reporting Solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to identify and develop new reports that meet business needs.
- Analyze reports for improvements and implement changes to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Support Governance and Decision-Making
- Provide data analysis support and guidance to Governance Managers to ensure informed decision-making.
- Deliver Financial Analysis and Insights
- Develop and implement meaningful reporting of financial and statistical data to inform business decisions.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis, key performance metrics, and financial reports.
- Support Business Improvement Initiatives
- Provide statistical data analysis support and guidance to our Lean Six Sigma business improvement program.
- Ensure Data Accuracy and Quality
- Check the accuracy of reporting produced to ensure valid business decisions can be made based on it.
Requirements
- High-Quality Numerical Degree and Strong Mathematical Capability
- Proven MI Analytical Experience
- Experience with Claims Management Systems and Data
- Creative and Inquisitive Approach
- Good Commercial Awareness of the Insurance Industry
- Able to Combine and Condense Data into Meaningful Insights
- Effective Communications, Influencing, and Relationship Building Skills
- Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Able to Share Technical Information with a Non-Technical Audience
- Demonstrate Track Record of Analysis and Process Improvement
- Ability to Plan and Prioritize Work
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and to Strict Deadlines
