Job Title:
Maintenance Electrician
Permanent Full-Time
South East Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute both scheduled and on-demand maintenance activities for diverse building systems.
  • Carry out electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform testing of emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and basic plumbing duties.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients at assigned locations.
  • Exhibit independence in providing maintenance services.

Qualifications:

  • Electrically qualified with 17th or 18th edition certification.
  • Proven experience in planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC maintenance.
  • Local resident with the ability to travel within the designated area.
  • Competent IT skills and strong communication capabilities.
  • Valid UK driving license required.
