Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Devon. As a key member of the construction main contractor, you will play a crucial role in the commercial management of a unique and rare project in the region. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of package commercial plans, supporting the project team with commercial and contractual expertise, and implementing policies for risk management. You will also be responsible for preparing Subcontract Final Accounts for review and sign-off, and preparing and presenting monthly Cost Reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field, and proven experience in quantity surveying roles within the construction industry. Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes is essential. Proficiency in using Excel and project management tools is also required.
