Vendor Management Analyst - Global Tech


We are seeking a skilled Vendor Management Analyst to join our team at Principle. As a key member of our global tech team, you will play a critical role in optimizing vendor relationships and driving operational excellence.


The Role:

  • Analyze vendor performance using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor operations and align with company goals.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Generate reports and present insights to leadership to drive strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships and resolve issues with vendors.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.
  • A strategic mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
