Residential Sales Progressor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates, a well-established independent estate agency. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales pipeline, working closely with the sales team to resolve any potential issues, and maintaining excellent relationships with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales pipeline from sale agreed to completion
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Work with the sales team to resolve any potential issues
  • Be a point of contact for vendors and purchasers
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with solicitors and surveyors
  • Produce accurate completions projections for Directors
Requirements:
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous residential sales progression experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Competent typist
  • Positive and friendly attitude
