About The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join our team at The Acorn Group. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for advancing property transactions from offer agreed to successful completion and move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage advisors both internally and externally.
  • Manage and coordinate all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency and sales progression.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
