Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

Computer Salvage Specialists, a leading processor and recycler of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value public and private sector customers across different customer profiles, contract types, and business sectors. This will involve handling a wide range of customer recycling and processing order requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value public and private sector customers
  • Handle customer recycling and processing order requirements
  • Assist with raising and managing Purchase Orders (SAP)
  • Participate in final invoicing approvals, processing, and resolving customer, financial, and operational queries
  • Assist Senior Managers with internal monthly sales and financial reporting
  • Provide customer liaison and account management services
  • Process high volumes of varied customer orders and requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Operations, or Account Management roles
  • Financial operations experience, including customer and internal finance processes
  • Understanding of basic Financial Accounting modules and financial software/SAS platform
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workflow/tasks
  • Performance management and results-oriented skills
