Job Opportunity for Russell Group University Graduates

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Russell Group university graduates to join our team as teaching assistants in secondary education. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students of secondary age in a range of subjects, including English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with students of all ability ranges, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Run intervention sessions and booster groups to support students who require additional support
  • Be involved in running extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement and motivation

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree from a Russell Group university in any subject
  • No previous education experience is required, but a passion for education and working with young people is essential
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
