In the role of Installation Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with multiple teams, overseeing the coordination of both the templating and installation units for Howden Work Surfaces.

Your Responsibilities as an Installation Project Coordinator:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the templating and installation teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain precise system records for each templating and installation project, incorporating any specific client requirements.
  • Generate and distribute clear, detailed instructions for the installation team for each assignment, including any client-specific details or information.
  • Guarantee a "right first time" approach for the installation of Work Surfaces.
  • Document all relevant information in the company CRM throughout the installation process.

Qualifications for the Installation Project Coordinator:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles within a dynamic office setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a flexible approach to meet both customer and organizational needs.
