Job Title: Senior Programme Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Director to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior Programme Director, you will be responsible for defining and delivering large-scale enterprise projects, ensuring successful project outcomes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project approach and oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage project scope, expectations, and governance, maintaining NDBS engagement delivery guidelines and methodologies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing coaching, guidance, and direction to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, ensuring project quality and adherence to NDBS standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and development, driving revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum years' experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects, with a focus on project governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
