Job Title: Service Assurance Reporting & Governance Lead

At Primark, we're looking for a highly skilled Service Assurance Reporting & Governance Lead to join our Technology team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of governance are in accordance with Primark's internal and external controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and own the Primark Service Reporting Framework to ensure that levels of service delivered by Primark internal teams and partners can be clearly defined and tracked.
  2. Develop and maintain reports on the health of the service, as well as controls and governance functions.
  3. Assess all Platforms, Applications, and Vendors against Primark's security and compliance standards, highlighting risk and identifying ownership to mitigate or resolve.
  4. Manage the cookie compliance and security scanning schedule across the digital landscape and ensure any issues are remediated efficiently.
  5. Be the conduit for all Audit Points, providing guidance and support with driving requirements and collating evidence within deadlines provided, working closely with Internal and External Audit teams.
  6. Understand Primark's Compliance and Security standards and how they apply to the architecture, current and future needs.
  7. Develop trusted relationships with Vendors and Product teams to understand the services and priorities, providing guidance on compliance solutions.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of experience in Compliance Leadership, preferably within the Retail Industry across multiple Channels.
  2. Experience in owning and managing senior business stakeholder relationships.
  3. ITIL Service Management experience.
  4. Experience in translating data reports into management information to drive and track actions.
  5. Experience with SNOW (Service Now), especially data manipulation and report creation.
  6. Detailed knowledge of Compliance and Security Industry standards and influencing compliance.
  7. Functional and technical knowledge of Multi-Channel Digital Systems and SaaS applications.
  8. Vendor management experience.
