About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Respiratory Medicine to join our team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our respiratory service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including outpatient clinics and inpatient ward rounds
  • Lead clinical teams and contribute to the development of our respiratory service
  • Participate in clinical governance, audit, and service development
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families
  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students and junior doctors
Requirements
  • Eligibility for inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register
  • Experience in Respiratory Medicine, with a strong track record of patient care and clinical leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development of our service
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education
