The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and supervisory experience. Key responsibilities include participating in hiring key staff, conducting training, and working closely with Residential Supervisors to ensure all aspects of their duties are completed. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with the management of personnel and payroll records, develop and monitor client programs, and attend client medical appointments as needed. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and adequate vision, reading, writing, and documentation skills. **Responsibilities:**

* Participate in hiring key staff and assist Residential Supervisors

* 18 years of age or older
