About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a 1-1 Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students who require additional support to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students, addressing specific challenges and promoting academic growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging help-seeking behavior and building trust.
  • Identify and resolve student struggles, ensuring no student is left behind.
  • Offer constructive feedback and guidance, helping students improve and grow.
  • Mentor students on study skills, time management, and career development.
  • Adapt approaches to meet diverse learning needs, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
