Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cooling Engineer to join our team at Quest Global Engineering. As a Cooling Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cooling systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with cooling plant suppliers to realize design specifications and requirements.
  • Design cooling system schemes for HVDC and FACTs applications.
  • Prepare cooling plant specifications prior to Request for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cooling systems, heat dissipation, and heat transfer.
  • Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, component design, and selection.
  • Ability to manage suppliers and customers effectively.
  • Design for X (DFX) skills, including manufacturing, cost, size, weight, efficiency, performance, test, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
