Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cooling Engineer to join our team at Quest Global Engineering. As a Cooling Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cooling systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with cooling plant suppliers to realize design specifications and requirements.
- Design cooling system schemes for HVDC and FACTs applications.
- Prepare cooling plant specifications prior to Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cooling systems, heat dissipation, and heat transfer.
- Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, component design, and selection.
- Ability to manage suppliers and customers effectively.
- Design for X (DFX) skills, including manufacturing, cost, size, weight, efficiency, performance, test, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
