Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Proactive Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a planned maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize plant reliability.
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure the effective maintenance of all plant and equipment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an electrical or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
