Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual's needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to access community resources and services, promoting social inclusion and participation.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of individuals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months' experience working with individuals with mental health needs, preferably in a community setting.
  • Experience of working with individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Care needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
  • Full UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
  • Competitive weekly pay, free DBS, full induction and training, and a uniform if required.
