Job Title: Junior Proposal Writer
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Up to circa £30,000 + Package

Future Build Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent main contractor in High Wycombe, looking for a Junior Proposal Writer to enhance their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager, aiding in the creation, refinement, and verification of proposal documents, ensuring that all submissions are precise, comprehensive, and delivered punctually. This position is particularly suited for recent graduates or those seeking to acquire valuable experience, offering significant potential for career advancement within a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the drafting, editing, and reviewing of proposal documents.
- Work alongside the Business Development Manager to gather and organize information according to client specifications.
- Guarantee the accuracy and thoroughness of all proposal documents and ensure timely submissions.
Ideal Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in writing, research, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the proposal and bidding process is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
- A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a similar field is desirable but not essential.
