Valet Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Valet Attendant to join our team at the Europcar Group. As a Valet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality preparation of our company vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare company vehicles to a high standard, adhering to our strict quality control measures.
• Valet vehicles in all weather conditions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Support the driving team for delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring seamless operations and efficient logistics.
• Maintain a clean and organized preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Identify and report any fleet maintenance issues, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our vehicle fleet.
• Deliver world-class customer service, providing a positive experience for our clients.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve our business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A full, valid clean driving license, with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience.
• Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
