Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and project manage a full range of repairs, investment, and planned maintenance schemes to deliver the Council's corporate and housing repairs and capital programme.
  • Work closely with the Senior Technical Officer to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage building and maintenance work, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing building and maintenance work.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
