We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our award-winning onsite team based in Liverpool. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our temporary workforce to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client requirements.
- Create and maintain a pool of candidates appropriate to the client's needs.
- Recruit, select, and onboard workers.
- Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring 'right fit', maintaining good communication, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
- Manage administration processes such as absences and holiday requests.
- Accurate data input and verification for weekly payroll.
- Provision of a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required.
- Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
- The ability to deputize for the Account Manager.
