The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Environmental Planning team, you will work on innovative projects in renewable energy and decarbonisation, contributing to building the nation's resilience to climate change and improving water quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies for clients across various sectors.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for real estate, energy, water, and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide expert advice on the UK planning system, including Town & Country Planning and DCO regimes.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and develop sustainable solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in environmental consultancy or a relevant industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and the UK planning system.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
