Job Title: Emerging Talent Champion

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Emerging Talent Champion. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in championing emerging talent across our business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, develop, and retain emerging talent.
  • Manage the setup and delivery of attraction, selection, and onboarding activities for emerging talent programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall emerging talent strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to senior management on emerging talent matters.
  • Ensure the GRAHAM Academy is externally recognized as the leading and preferred employer of emerging talent in the construction industry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in emerging talent recruitment, program development, or support.
  • Understanding of apprenticeships in the UK and apprenticeship levy.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK to attend in-house and external events.
