About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Workshop Engineer to join our team at Ganymede Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out fault diagnostics on modern diesel engines and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out fault diagnostics on diesel engines using remote diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on diesel engine maintenance and repair.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services to meet customer needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance of diesel engines and/or propulsion systems.
  • Qualifications in NVQ3 or equivalent.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
