Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Jobit. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Tax Compliance and Advisory Services: Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring accurate and efficient tax planning and preparation.
  3. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial operations.
  4. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  5. Financial Systems and Processes: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: ACCA / ACA qualification or equivalent by experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with a background working in an accountancy practice.
  3. Skills: Skilled in using Xero and other digital accounting tools.
