Job Description

Join The Rank Group as a Finance Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in the Finance Transformation programme. Reporting into the Senior Business Analyst, you will work alongside two other BA's to analyse and document processes, presenting a clear view of end-to-end processes and identifying key control points from a Risk & Control perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document finance processes to understand the Group's processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Senior Business Analyst to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of finance principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of finance processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of finance processes, including process maps, flowcharts, and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Accounting qualifications and knowledge of key accounting processes.
  • Background in audit or finance, with experience in finance functions or business process analysis.
  • Varied Data/Finance Systems experience and knowledge, including Dynamics 365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
