About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Senior Business Analyst and two other BA's to analyze and document finance processes as part of a Finance Transformation programme. You'll have a designated area of responsibility in analyzing and documenting finance processes, presenting a clear view of end-to-end processes, and identifying key control points from a Risk & Control perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial process documentation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  3. Analyze and document finance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial processes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams and business leaders.

Requirements
  • Accounting qualifications and knowledge of key accounting processes.
  • Background in audit would be preferable, but not required.
  • Varied Data/Finance Systems experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to independently write Business Process documents according to prescribed standards.
  • Experience within finance functions or business process analysis.
  • Experience of working in a multi-site, multi-location organisation with distributed Finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Dynamics 365 experience or implementation an advantage.
