About the Role
Caring for Communities and People is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our buildings and ensuring they remain safe and secure for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your hands-on maintenance and repair skills to handle emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and other maintenance tasks.
- Maintain outside spaces and grounds, including mowing, strimming, and hedge trimming.
- Contribute to creating safe, secure, and homely environments for our residents.
- Build relationships with our residents and partner agencies.
- Manage a busy caseload with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
