About the Role

This is a dynamic role that will be split between our client site and our head office, requiring a 5-day workweek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to client requirements and our business processes.
  • Take briefs from clients and capture all relevant information.
  • Utilize technology platforms to create production briefs, manage library requirements, auto-artworking, and proofing functionality.
  • Continuously look for process improvements that benefit clients and your development, discussing with your line manager and taking ownership of finding solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Build and develop excellent relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure a two-way flow of information and effective collaboration.
  • Take a hands-on approach to issue resolution with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden our services to clients and seek support from other Delta team members as needed.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Project management, comfortable working to critical paths and managing expectations and risk.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet client needs.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
