About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets key stakeholders
  • Create engaging and informative content across a range of channels, including social media, email, and our website
  • Collaborate with our BD and Marketing Director to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials
  • Manage and maintain our firm's online presence, including our website and social media profiles
  • Develop and implement a content calendar that showcases our firm's expertise and thought leadership
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing communications efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
  • Experience with social media marketing and online content management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts
