About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team at Halmer Recruit. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fact-Finding and Product Solutions: Conduct thorough fact-finds to identify the best mortgage product solutions for clients.
  • Sales and Service: Sell fee-based services to clients, where applicable, prior to scheduling appointments.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Obtain necessary supporting documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • CRM Management: Create and maintain accurate client files on our CRM system.
  • Market Research and Lender Selection: Research and recommend the most suitable lenders for clients.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building: Discuss options with clients, agree on the best course of action, and recommend insurance protection.
  • Application and Sign-Off: Arrange for the completion of mortgage applications and refer to other advisors for sign-off, as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Diarize and contact leads in a timely manner to progress or re-diarize as needed.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building: Establish courteous relationships with clients and build strong working relationships.
  • Company Representation: Act as a strong advocate for the company and a role model to colleagues.
