About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children in a variety of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a group of children in a variety of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and games
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of all children in your care
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver a high-quality camp experience
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of activities and events
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and children
Requirements
  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during the school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience working with children or in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
