Join Our Coffee Shop Team

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Dunelm's Pausa coffee shops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing a wide range of food and beverages, and contributing to the overall success of our coffee shops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
