Key Responsibilities- Proactively source leads and generate new business through high volumes of outbound calls and emails.
- Manage inbound calls and leads generated from various sources, including web inquiries and referrals.
- Achieve defined productivity and appointment targets, ensuring a high level of sales performance.
- Drive growth, revenue, and business profitability by effectively managing sales opportunities and lead generation.
- Adhere to sales compliance rules and ensure all sales are generated in line with quality standards.
- Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to present a range of utility solutions to clients on a consultancy level.
- Maintain accurate customer data within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Target-driven and tenacious with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Emotionally resilient with solid organization and prioritization skills, able to adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong teamwork ethic and customer-focused approach, with a professional conduct and demeanor.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a proven track record of sales performance in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with outbound 'cold calling' and lead generation, ideally making 100+ calls per day.
- Knowledge of the energy industry is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000, commensurate with experience.
