We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Midwife to join our team as a Rotational Midwife. This is an exciting opportunity to consolidate your midwifery skills and knowledge in a forward-thinking service with a passionate and enthusiastic workforce.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously within the department/team, within Trust guidelines and sphere of professional practice. They will also have the opportunity to support, supervise and teach less experienced staff on the ward/team relevant clinical and non-clinical procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care in a range of environments, without supervision.
  • Support, supervise and teach less experienced staff on the ward/team relevant clinical and non-clinical procedures and practices.
  • Work autonomously within the department/team, within Trust guidelines and sphere of professional practice.
