Aspris Children's Services is seeking a remarkable educator to fill a Teaching position on a fixed-term basis to provide coverage for maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting young individuals who may have autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, ADHD, and other associated complex needs.

Aspris Children's Services operates an independent specialist day school, providing an exceptional environment for education, care, therapy, and support for up to 107 students aged 5-19 years who face challenges in managing their emotional, social, and mental health needs. This position entails leading a group from key stage 2/3, consisting of 6-8 students. You will be encouraged to create a personalized learning environment and implement curriculum ideas that are socially enriching as well as academically beneficial.

Required qualifications:

A valid driving license (due to location considerations) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience within the UK

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviors. Proven experience in leading and delivering instruction to small groups, demonstrating significant progress. Experience or willingness to work across all relevant Key Stages.
