Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer freight.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to optimize fleet utilization, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective trunk route planning strategies to achieve performance targets.
  • Provide coverage for the domestic planner during absences, ensuring seamless delivery of next-day and same-day services.
  • Conduct daily performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Work closely with colleagues and third-party partners to ensure a cohesive approach to delivering customer freight.
  • Produce management reports as required and contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative team culture.
