Laboratory Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team at Network Scientific Recruitment. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for the receipt and analysis of samples using a range of analytical techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with relevant regulations and standards, such as UKAS ISO17025 and GLP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is highly beneficial, but not essential if you have equivalent lab-based experience.
- Experience in analytical chemistry, particularly environmental samples, is highly advantageous.
- Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be immediately available to begin.
