We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the receipt and analysis of samples using a range of analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Ensure all work is conducted in line with relevant regulations and standards, such as UKAS ISO17025 and GLP.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is highly beneficial, but not essential if you have equivalent lab-based experience.
• Experience in analytical chemistry, particularly environmental samples, is highly advantageous.
• Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be immediately available to begin.
