Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Accurate Sales Forecasts: Utilize historical data, market trends, and sales team input to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Align with sales and marketing teams to ensure demand planning and promotional activities are optimized.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement Inventory Control Processes: Develop and implement inventory control processes and systems to track and manage stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics Teams: Align production schedules with sales forecasts and inventory plans to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.

- Track Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and operations planning.

- Facilitate Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, production, procurement, and finance teams.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field is essential.
- Master's Degree or Professional Certifications: A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are advantageous.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, and forecasting software.
- Excellent Leadership and People Skills: Excellent leadership and people skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive the SIOP process.

- Knowledge of Advanced Planning and Scheduling Systems: Knowledge of advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems is a plus.
- Minimum of Five Years' Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in end-to-end supply chain.
- Five Years of Experience in S&OP, Demand and/or Supply Planning: Five years of experience in S&OP, demand and/or supply planning.
