As Head of Offshore Operations, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, implementing corrective actions, and achieving financial goals and targets. You will also support corporate planning, formulate policies, and help set goals and objectives for the business unit. Additionally, you will be accountable for people planning, development, and succession within the unit, identifying key resources, talent review, and future planning. You will also drive the development of marketing and communication plans, and establish long and short-term marketing and business objectives and goals at a client level. Furthermore, you will review governance and management of the Offshore Catering business unit, communication, and engagement with stakeholders. You will also benchmark company rates for feeding and labor with major competitors, employ strategies to increase competitiveness while mitigating risk, and professionally interact and communicate with internal departments, multitask, and work to aggressive deadlines. You will also develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring the company is prepared for any potential challenges, including supply chain disruptions, and emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the offshore catering industry, in a senior management position, and in sales environments with demonstrated success. They will also have demonstrable experience managing clients and key stakeholders, risk analysis and management, strategic planning skills, financial and commercial acumen, operational leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills, detailed knowledge of remote catering operations, crewing, and logistics, and broad understanding of offshore operations and compliance requirements.
