Adult Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team at UKCIL Ltd.
About the Role:This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.09.
As an Adult Care Worker, you will provide 24-hour support to a young woman, enabling her to live independently in her own home and engage with her local community.
Your primary responsibility will be to support her with daily activities, access to local amenities, and exploring new opportunities and leisure pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support to enable the individual to live independently.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support the individual to access local community resources, including arts, music, and cultural events.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare and social care teams.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Valid DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable adults.
- Reliable transportation and business use insurance.
