About The Venues Collection

We're a dynamic and forward-thinking company that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. As a Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and providing top-notch customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our public areas, including the lobby and other communal spaces.
  • Support our housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams by setting up rooms and moving furniture as needed.
  • Handle reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations, with a smile.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and provide assistance where required.
  • Run errands and ensure the safety of our customers by placing and removing signage as needed.
