About the Role

You'll be working across a range of activities, including bowling, urban street golf, and our unique Funbox experience. Your role will be to ensure every guest, from children to adults, has an unforgettable time with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure all customers watch relevant safety briefings and follow our Health and Safety policies.
  • Coordinate the clearing of activities for customers whose time has elapsed, maintaining a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Check and maintain all equipment and safety items, guaranteeing a safe and fun environment.
  • Be compliant with all organisational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling.
  • Undertake training as required by the Company, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.

  • Maintain positive and informative conversations with guests, highlighting all activities and experiences.
  • Follow the correct steps to achieve mystery customer report results, ensuring we meet our high standards.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management, driving revenue growth and success.
