We are seeking two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of a large housing provider, covering a significant geographical area. This includes managing over 50,000 homes, which are a mix of market rent, shared ownership, and independent living communities.

The role involves a range of tasks, including:

  • Clearing hazards such as dumped items and snow on independent living blocks
  • Managing trees, including pruning and replanting
  • Undertaking soft landscaping and minor tree work

You will be based in Slough and will cover the surrounding area, including Windsor. The ideal candidate will have previous grounds maintenance experience and possess:

  • Practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience
  • A full driver's license (with towing license desirable)
