Job Summary:

Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces of our client's properties in the Slough and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
  • Undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work as required.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident queries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience.
  • A full driver's license with towing license desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
